Raise Awareness for Breast Cancer Through Pinktober
Pinktober Queensland is happening right now in Brisbane to raise awareness for breast cancer. Each October the Volunteer Committee for the National Breast Cancer Foundation hosts a series of events to highlight the work the foundation does as well as shining a spotlight on a disease that has touched the lives of so many people Australia-wide.

Some of the events organised for the month of October are a Fun Run & Walk in Kings Park, St Lucia, Pink Polar Gala Ball at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Drink Pink this October for Charity Free Gin Masterclass at Covent Garden, Paint and Sip Class - Pink Girls - Event – Queensland; however, more events can be found on the National Breast Cancer Foundation website or by googling events happening in Brisbane for Pinktober.
With approximately eight women dying of breast cancer every day in Australia, Pinktober is a valued opportunity for you to take part and raise awareness to friends and family. You may also have some free time and would like to become a volunteer. This can be done by filling out the form or sending an email to email@example.com
