Art lovers are invited to join Greg Hansell, local artist of international renown and a multiple Archibald/Wynne finalist, who will officially open the exhibition on Saturday 13th September at 6pm with live music and more. All are welcome!
The exhibition can be found tucked away on the beautiful grounds of UWS Richmond, on Campus Drive (formerly Piggery Lane) in 'The Piggery', built over 120 years ago as a state of the art Piggery, and now being used by the artists as a Studio and Art Gallery.
On a side note, Saturday 13 September also marks the UWS Secret Garden's Spring Fair with farmyard animals, children's activities, BBQ, music, devonshire teas and hundreds of plants for sale. The perfect opportunity to combine two great events in one day!
Children will love seeing the deer, sheep and lambs near the Piggery, and the animals at the Secret Garden, and adults can enjoy the art and plants. The Secret Garden is located at UWS Richmond, entry via Bourke Street, open 9am to 4 pm. Download the Spring Fair flyer for more information.
