In
Pig the Tourist everyone's favourite mean spirited dog goes on holiday and can't resist getting up to mischief. He breaks a lot of rules, insults the locals, and ruins a lot of holiday plans. Kids will laugh out loud at some of the things Pig does to enrage the locals. I love how Aaron Blabey illustrates Pig. He puts so much humour and human expression into him. It's hard not to like Pig. He's hilarious.
Pig the Tourist was a fun new addition to the
Pig the Pug series. The book follows the same formula as the previous books and is predictable, but is still worth reading to small children. It was entertaining seeing Pug visit different places and learn how to be a good tourist.
