Pigs Really Can Fly
The Royal Adelaide Show is almost here - there's heaps to see and do and there really is no better entertainment than the Pig Racing and Pig Diving.

At various times throughout the day, the little pigs line up in their barrier and race around the course. They're speedy little things, it's surprising how quickly they can move. From start to finish can take as little as 5 seconds! The host gets the crowd enthused and once the racing stars, the squeals of delight and cheers can be heard above the noise and din of the show's carnival rides.

Once the racing has finished, get your cameras ready for the finale. One little piggy climbs to the top of the diving platform and leaps into the diving pool below.

The specially trained pigs love the spotlight and are rewarded with special treats at the end of their performances, which usually last 20 minutes.
