Our Port is a partnership between Renewal SA and the Port Adelaide Enfield Council which aims to activate Port Adelaide. In the last year they have invested heavily in infrastructure improvement to make the Port look more attractive and bring more visitors.

Our Port enjoyed a major success recently with the redevelopment of the Harts Mill precinct in Port Adelaide, transforming it from a forgotten maritime wasteland into an attractive destination to visit.



The new Harts Mill playground has become a hub for families to visit with plenty of activities for kids. It's complemented by the bustling Wild at Hart Markets which operate every Sunday, and they are both on the Port Loop Path , an attractive cycling path and walking trail which showcases the historic buildings in Port Adelaide.

During December there is another reason to visit the Harts Mill precinct - free movies are being shown at an outdoor cinema on the lawns next to Harts Mill. Each Saturday evening for four weeks in December, Our Port will be showing classic movies including Casablanca, Dirty Dancing, Home Alone and Back to the Future in this iconic location on the banks of the Port River.



If that's not enough, the Fork on the Road fleet of food trucks will foray to Port Adelaide to feed fresh food to the hungry movie goers on December 6 and December 27. On December 13 and 20 there will still be a smaller selection of food offerings available.

Fork on the Road has quickly become one of the most popular fun things to do in Adelaide, and their visit to Port Adelaide is sure to guarantee a massive turnout to the free movies. The combination of Pictures at Our Port and Fork on the Road will be impossible to resist, so it will pay to be early and settle into your spot comfortably. Bring a chair and a rug in case the evening is cool, and settle in for a fantastic evening of free family entertainment. The movies will start after sunset, at approximately 8.45pm.

The movie program is as follows:
December 6 – Casablanca (PG) plus Fork on the Road
December 13 – Dirty Dancing (M) plus select food and beverage providers
December 20 – Home Alone (PG) plus select food and beverage providers
December 27 – Back to the Future (PG) plus Fork on the Road
