Picnic on Kings featuring Bluey

Families are invited to find a space on the lawns in Caloundra and Picnic on Kings Beach with everyone's favourite cartoon Heelers, Bluey and Bingo on Saturday, 26 July 2025.



Plant your picnic rug, bring along some light snacks, and head towards the grassy Kings Beach open-air performance space Amphitheatre, for a day of family fun featuring a live on-stage appearance by Bluey and Bingo.

As well, kids can join in a raft of activities:

There will also be local food trucks to grab a bite to eat.

The FREE event picnic will be open from 10:00 AM–04:30 PM. The special, community picnic is part of the Curate Plate Food and Drink Festival - a 10-day food and lifestyle festival, with unique dining experiences and events in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.



While the park is free to visit, early release tickets will be available to those signing up for the Curated Plate newsletter here .

The outdoor stage and Kings Beach Ampitheatre is easy to spot and find at De Vene Avenue,, Kings Beach, Caloundra - opposite the historic Bathing Pavilion, Kings Beach Pool and spray water play Fountain.

Kings Beach is one of six beaches in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.
