Picknick Cafe

Located near Westmead Hospital, 'Picknick Cafe' is actually a hidden Thai restaurant. While the name remains a mystery, everything else inside resembles a typical Thai environment.

The food is great and the menu features a variety of Thai dishes. But the dish that made me write about the restaurant was the dessert - 'Sticky rice with mango'. It looks delightful as the presentation is exceptional and it tastes even better.

Outside the restaurant, there is a cafeteria to which they might be referring as 'Picknick Cafe', where you see most of the people chilling out while they are waiting for someone or something at Westmead Hospital. So, if you see a 'Picknick Cafe' on Hawkesbury Road, make sure you try this delicious Thai dessert at the hidden 'family restaurant'.
