Physiotherapy & Exercise Study for Knee Pain

Researchers from the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at The University of Melbourne are seeking volunteers to take part in a new study comparing the effectiveness of two different types of delivery of physiotherapy for people with knee osteoarthritis.

 
Participants will receive:

- 5 consultations with a physiotherapist over a 3-month period,

- An individualised strengthening exercise program & physical activity plan,

- A wearable activity monitor (to keep),

- Educational and exercise resources,

- All at no cost!

 
If you: are over 45 years of age, have had knee pain for more than 3 months and are not having exercise treatment for your knee, you may be eligible to take part.
