Petstock Munno Para is a convenient one stop venue for all your pet supplies.

Periodically, Petstock host "pet adoption days" in conjunction with local pet rescue services. On pet adoption days, selected pet rescue services are matched with individual Petstock stores. The animal rescue service brings animals in need of a home to the store for customers to meet and adopt.



The price of adoption varies according to the individual pet rescue service. Many animal rescue services get the animals microchipped, vaccinated and neutered before supplying them to the public. This of course will incur a charge. Other services may get the animals health checked by a vet and supply vouchers for the subsequent immunisations and de-sexing operation.



All rescue services will require that you commit to being a loving and responsible pet owner. This may involve keeping the animal in your yard, or even inside the house at night; giving the animal sufficient food, water, love and attention, and making appropriate arrangements for the animal's care should you travel or fall ill yourself.



The next pet adoption day will be the 5th of February 2017 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm.

If you adopt a puppy, consider enrolling them into the Petstock puppy school. Skills involve communicating with your dog, say please, sit, drop & stand, mat work, stay command, coming when called, walking on a lease and the basic "leave it" command which is handy when you are out and puppy wants to get into mischief!
