Update March 16th 2020
The City of Stonnington has postponed Pets in the Park set for Sunday 22 March at Central Park.

Fluffy, feathery, and scaly guests welcome
Bring your furry friends for a day out at the annual Pets in the Park event hosted by Stonnington City Council.

To be held at Malvern East's Central Park on Sunday the 22nd of March, the event has stalls and activities for both humans and pets. Hugely popular in previous years, the event is expected to draw in thousands of attendees.

While dogs are the most common pet to venture to such an event, any animal that is friendly and can be leashed is welcome. Adventurous cats, as long as they are kept on leads, may attend. Tame scaly and feathered animals are also welcome. Owners should also bring along the appropriate supplies to pick up after their pet.

There is no entry fee, but bring cash for any purchases you wish to make. Stalls at the event will be selling pet food, accessories and goods.

The event is suitable for all ages (and most species).

Keep up with event updates by RSVPing on the Facebook event page.

Important Event Update -- just giving you all a heads up.

The City of Stonnington has postponed Pets in the Park set for Sunday 22 March 2020 at Central Park.

With the increasing numbers of reported cases of coronavirus in Victoria, community concerns and the increased risk associated with large groups of people congregating, we believe it is in the public interest to postpone these events and look to reschedule them at a future point.

Its very sad however, when it takes off again and look it up on The Stonnington Councils Website, you, your family and furbabies will have a wonderful time.
