Sand Sculpting Australia flies into Boneo Maze this Summer
Sand Sculpting Australia's annual sand exhibition returns to the Mornington Peninsula this summer. This time however, the awe-inspiring display lands in a brand new location Boneo Maze and will continue until May 2019.
Previous years have seen the talented Sand Sculpting Australia team carve tonnes of sand into intricate themed displays at Frankston Foreshore. Previous exibitions have seen the likes of Aladdin, Superheroes and Fairytales crafted into sandy masterpieces.
This time the Boneo Maze gets a sprinkling of pixie dust as Sand Sculpting Australia moves from Frankston to Fingal to unfold the classic story of Peter Pan within 12 feature sand sculptures.
International artists will model four metre high sand sculptures of Peter Pan favourites. See the familiar characters; Captain Hook and Mr Smee, the Lost Boys of Never-Never Land, Tinkerbell, Indians, Mermaids and the tick-tock crocodile in a way you've never seen them before; carved into 3,500 tonnes of sand.
