Opinion
I have to laugh… Throughout this entire cookbook, black beans are an ingredient in many recipes. Guess who uses black beans to bulk up her meals? I do! I use black beans from chili to ramen noodles. They are just so cheap and nutritious. Why not? However, many people hate the taste of beans, as my roommates for example.
This is a good cookbook for any person on a budget. You do not have to be a college student. There are often moments when the grocery money is low. This cookbook proves that you can still consume good meals.
I list the ingredients without measurements. I believe you should judge for yourself as to your personal preference.
I give this book a
5-star rating!
