On 29 July Peruvian Grill Pastuso will be overtaken by a colourful feast - 6-course meal with matching wines.

Chef Alejandro Savaria and his award-winning kitchen team are serving up a modern Peruvian feast, showcasing the diversity of Peruvian cuisine, inspired by the art and culture of the coast, the Andean highlands and the Amazon jungle.

You will have a chance to travel to South America without leaving Melbourne. Anything and everything from Pan de Mar - Seaweed bread to Aji de gallina – Peruvian style free range chicken in a creamy yellow pepper sauce will be served for your enjoyment and amazement. It will be a truly Peruvian Carnival in AC/DC Lane, Melbourne.
