Want to get healthy? Head to the beach
The end of summer often means the end of healthy outdoor activities but this doesn't have to be the case. On Sunday 8 March, the inaugural Perth Vitality Festival offers a morning dedicated to health and wellbeing. Held at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre with a range of activities designed to energise and educate, the Festival is completely free and a great way to kickstart a healthy lifestyle for the new season.
Proudly presented by Ecoluxe Events, the Vitality Festival is based on four aspects of wellbeing: movement, mind, nutrition and community. Each aspect is showcased in an activation zone with a special separate area for the youngsters. With so much to pick from, there should be something to suit everyone so start planning now. The zones are open from 8:00 am to noon.
