The IGA Perth Royal Show is on from September 28 to October 5 and if you want to have more money for rides and show bags, here are some ways you can save on entry.

The online pre-sale runs until 9am September 1.
Adult tickets are $26, kids' tickets are $13 and concession is $15; or you can get a family pass is $60.
The online early-bird discount runs from 9am on September 1 to 9am on September 28.
Adult tickets are $28, kids' tickets are $14 and concession is $17; or you can get a family pass for $65.
The IGA pre-sale (at selected IGA stores) runs until October 5.

If you get your tickets at the gate, adult tickets are $32, kids' tickets are $16 and concession is $18; or you can get a family pass for $74.
The other option is to get an after 5pm ticket at the gate. Adult tickets are $22, kids' tickets are $11 and concession is $14.
There are also some other deals for specific days:
Thursday, October 3 half-price kids' tickets between 9am and 5pm.
Friday, October 4 is half price seniors day.
Remember there's a booking fee for buying online, but none at the gate. Kids aged four and under get in free and over 16s need an adult ticket. The Perth Royal Show also accepts Carer WA and Companion Cards. You'll get a free ticket when you're with someone who's purchased a ticket.

Volunteer
Thousands of volunteers are needed to help out at the Perth Royal Show. Some are there every day while others give just a few hours of their time.

Competitions
You might be able to win your way in the show if you're lucky. Keep an ear out for radio competitions and suss out the newspapers too. Make sure you 'like' the
Perth Royal Show Facebook page as they have regular competitions for tickets.
