2. WEDDING MARKET So - you may be getting married, or he or she may have just popped the question, and you have answered with a resounding YES!
This is the market for you - it will be held on Saturday 5th May from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm at Winthrop Hall, University of WA, Crawley, and admission is free.
There are hundreds of wonderful designers in Western Australia, but the very best are sometimes not so easy to find. At these markets, it is all about being able to see local designers and create that fantastic gown for the evening, and/or have one specially made for you.
Included at these markets are handcrafted jewellery, veils, wedding couture, stationery, stylists, flowers, plus lots more.
3. MEGA MARKETS
These markets will be held at the Mills Park Centre, 86 Brixton Street, Beckenham, on Saturday 12th May from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm and admission is free.
They are community markets in a family-friendly environment and here there will be jewellery, handmade items, decor, craft supplies, clothing, kids clothes, woodwork items, soaps, candles, beauty and skincare and lots more. Also, a coffee shop, playgrounds, and walking paths are in this park.
4. LADYBIRD MARKETS AT MT HAWTHORN STREETS & LANES FESTIVAL This is huge and will be held on 6th May, 2018, and you can read all about this one at this link.
There will also be a special Mother's Day menu from the Club while the licensed bar will be open.
6. THE HILLS ARTISANS
This will be held on the Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May, at Pickering Brook Sports Club, 35 Weston Road, from 10.00 am.
The Hills Artisans will be showcasing the work of local Perth Hills Artisans and there will be a large variety of handcrafted masterpieces by talented artisans. You can discover a collection of unique art and inspiring goods available for sale.
There will also be plenty of entertainment and things to do for the children, as well as free entry and heaps of parking.
7. AUTUMN ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
This will be held at 48 Canning Road, Kalamunda, on Saturday 19th May at 10.00 am and Sunday 20th May to 4.00 pm, and admission is free.
There will be unique and inspiring art and crafts for the home and garden, and these will all be handmade by local artisans. There will also be a cafe, so make sure you attend this market as you could well unearth some treasures and bag a bargain.

8. HILLS FABRIC AND CRAFT DE-STASH
This event will be at 1470 Stoneville Rd, Mundaring, on Saturday 19th May from 9.30 am to 2.00 pm, and entry is $2.
The Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash is an event for people who sew as well as artisans, and it enables them to clear out their cupboards, come together and de-stash sewing, crafting and even scrapbooking supplies.
9. ANTIQUE & COLLECTORS FAIR
The Antique and Collectors Fair will be held at Midland Town Hall, 39 Old Great Northern Rd, Midland, on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm, and admission is $5.
This fair is an annual one and items for sale include antique, vintage and retro bric-a-brac, pottery, glass, jewellery, books, tools, tins, china, linen and lace, and much more.
