The popular
Lazy Runner Workshops are making there way to Perth these Easter holidays!
The
Lazy Runner international running club was created by Fitness Consultant and Running Coach, Marie Bean.
The 'lazy' in
Lazy Runner refers to Marie's belief that 'Everyone can run and every runner can run a marathon'; it doesn't matter if you are a plodder or mover, with the right training and program,
Lazy Runner will help you achieve your goals, and unlike other running clubs,
absolutely everyone can take part - no matter what their fitness level is.
In particular, the
Lazy Runner Beginners Running Workshops , which sold out in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, are specifically designed for those with little running experience, as well as those who used to run and would like to run regularly again. Held in a small group of only ten per a workshop, participants will be shown safe and easy ways to build up their confidence and skills. The 2 hour workshop is held in an encouraging enviroment; it is all about having a go and seeing what you can achieve.
