Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Drama/Thriller/Comedy
Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) a faded television actor and his stunt double, Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt), struggle to find meaningful work during the final days of Hollywood's Golden Age. Bizarrely, Rick lives next door to Roman Polanski (Rafal Zawierucha) and Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie) whose futures will be forever altered by members of the Manson Family. Kurt Russell narrates this mix of nostalgia, fact, and fiction in a thought promoting movie with attitude. Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, who peppers this film with prominent actors in cameos playing 1960 celebrities (including Steve McQueen, Bruce Lee, and Mama Cass) keeps you glued to the screen.
From 6:00pm, you can purchase scrumptious pizzas from Annie's Woodfired Pizza (sales help the homeless) before you settle in for an enjoyable movie night with friends. Vegetarian to extreme meat lovers are catered for, so if you love pizzas, Annie has you covered. As usual, door prizes, and the ever-popular raffles, ensure that you will always have a great time at a PHSG event. The doors and bar are open at 6:00pm, and the movie starts at 6:45pm.
By seeing the needs of the homeless and those at risk of being homeless, the Perth Homeless Support Group Inc (PHSG) adopts a 'hands-on' approach acting in a way that makes a difference to their situation.
