If you're looking to build yourself a new home, the Perth Home Builders Expo is the place to be. It's where you'll find information on finance, building, land and design. The event will be held at the Perth Town Hall, 701 Hay St, Perth on Saturday 22 October 2022 from 10am to 3pm AWST. A free event, register here to attend. On the way in, you'll find stall holders in the foyer and undercover area. There'll be a wide range of finance brokers, land estate reps, builders, renovators, and suppliers who will be able to assist you with your new home building goals. You'll have all your questions answered under the one roof eg. building grants, land for sale, upcoming land releases, new homes, additions etc.

Be one of the first 100 to attend and you'll receive a free showbag. Get a stamp from stallholders and participating businesses and go in the draw to win gift cards, vouchers, appliances and movie tickets. This will be live-streamed at 3:15pm on the 22nd of October 2022, so if you can't attend please tune in to hear if you have won. Prizes will be mailed out. Between 1 and 2pm, stallholders will be presenting on financial planning, sustainable building, modular homes, popular & trending new home features, and other interesting topics. For all other Expo features, see the ticketing page . The best feature of all might be that parents can drop the kids off in their own safe and private creche and browse the Expo in peace. The kids will be entertained with games, puzzles, and colouring in books from 10am to 2:30pm. Plus, free face painting to keep the kids delighted.
