With acts like Rick Steele and the Justin Walshe and Rhyll Wilson Duet, you won't want to miss this night put on by the in partnership with Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club. They are launching a new show on Sunday 19th November 2017 and performances are from 5pm to 8pm.

A local legend of the blues scene and dubbed 'The Grandfather of the Blues', Rick Steele, has been performing for more than 30 years now since he first arrived in Perth back in 1976 from New Zealand. With his mix of Blues and Country sounds, Steele has had a successful music career with four solo albums and he was nominated for the Country Performer of the year! He travels regularly performing in places like Singapore and Switzerland, not to mention his homeland of New Zealand and all over Western Australia. Steele has also played in numerous bands including 'Hot Biscuit Band'. He is an act not to be missed!

The Justin Walshe Folk Machine performers, Justin Walshe and Rhyll Wilson, will be hitting the stage with their sound, mixing the best elements of folk, bluegrass, and Americana into a uniquely Folk Machine sound , filtered through their dry arid Western Australian sense of humour. They take the sounds of the acoustic bluegrass instruments to push their storytelling and have been described as 'between a campfire yarn, a sea shanty, bush poetry and a country-rock hoedown'. Their poetic songs seek to explore the Australian essence including its history and traditions. Justin and Rhyll have performed extensively in Western Australian festivals including Fairbridge, the WAMis, Nannup and Bridgetown and also undertaking a national tour. They also performed at the National Folk Festival in Canberra. They have released several albums that explore the heart of Australian folklore including the "Epic Tale of Burke & Wills" album.

Keith Anthonisz, President of the %%, would like you to know they are always looking for up and coming artists to do a few numbers for the audience. The Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club are also hosting the for Members & Guests, with memberships offered at a very reasonable cost to supporters.
