BeerFest at Elizabeth Quay is not just for people who drink beer!
It is a festival that concentrates on beer, however, there is much more to drink, should you happen to not drink beer, so do not be put off by the title, as this event is going to be fun.
It is Australia's biggest alfresco beer festival and it is coming to our lovely Elizabeth Quay from 18th to 20th January 2019.

AND BEER
BeerFest will take you on a journey of beer and food discovery. Then you will be able to explore rare brews, beer/food pairing and unique recipes at the free masterclasses and tasting festival brews from around the country direct from the brewers themselves.
This year offer the biggest and boldest BeerFest to date and on offer will be the best music, comedy and craft brew line-up. The Elizabeth Quay location is naturally ideal for viewing the large mainstage entertainment. With over 300 unique, exotic and small-batch craft beers, ciders, cocktails and wines, they will be perfectly complemented by Perth's most decadent and delicious local street food.

Friday Session - First Release
Friday 18th January, from 5 pm to 1 pm - Rushmore Beerfest Takeover - Rushmore events will take over for one night featuring a large selection of local craft beer, cider and spirits plus the Rushmore party DJs

Saturday Day Session - First Release
Saturday 19th January, from 11 am to 4 pm - Includes entry into the festival, with access to live comedy, masterclasses and BeerFest branded cup.

Saturday 19th January, from 5 pm to 10 pm - Includes entry into the festival, with access to live comedy, masterclasses and BeerFest branded cup.

Sunday 20th January, from 12 noon to 5 pm - Includes entry into the festival, with access to live comedy, masterclasses and BeerFest branded cup.

On Saturday, 19th January at the evening session, Sneaky Sound System will take you on a fabulous musical journey; from [i]"slow chugging burners to groove&
#8208 ;laden euphoria, amplified by Connie's sublime vocals… it's the sound of summer."[/i]
Sneaky Sound System consists of Miss Connie and Black Angus. They have had amazing success over the years with their albums, and live performances and now you can see them at no added cost as it is included with your entrance ticket.
Your general admission ticket will Include:
Access to a huge range of craft beers, ciders, rum, whisky and more
FREE reusable and dishwasher-safe BeerFest Festival cup
LIVE entertainment - to be announced closer to the festival date
Master-classes, live demonstrations and tastings
Live music
Children's entertainment and activities
Drinks will vary in cost and will be from $1 to $2 per 100 ml tasting, and $6 to $8 for a 285 ml drink and this will be determined by each stallholder.
There will be a limited amount of gate tickets available on the day but only if they are not already sold out, so best you book online.
Some of the stalls will accept credit cards and also entrance tickets, however, you will need to bring cash along.
The event is for all ages however you will be given wristbands allowing drink purchases, and these will only be given to those people over 18 years of age. There will be $15 tickets available for ages 14 to 17 years, with under 14 being free. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years of age.
