Kylie has owned the shop for six of its twenty-five year existence. Her happy customers have been coming here for generations and the staff won't move on - they love working here.

Blessings at The Persimmon Tree

Customers will often drop in with some home produce for Kylie to gift on. You will find bargains like peaches for $7.50 a box. Remember to check at the front counter and their Facebook page for more specials.

Kylie has the pulse on what fruits are doing best in a given year and when to find them. Price does equal quality and Kylie makes sure she gets the best. Staff can help you with ingredients for a great green smoothie or an unusual combination for a fruit salad. On Tuesdays there are bunches of fresh vibrant flowers to buy.

Greens Greens and more Greens

BYO empty bottle (with measurement) Red Hill Mock Apple Cider Vinegar at $10 a litre or Leptons Olive Oil at $21 a litre refill price.

Oils and Vinegars

Before you leave, remember to write your name in the raffle book. Each week a service is up for grabs from the many therapists who shop here, check out their cards on the information board by the door. You could be this weeks winner.

I'm off now to prepare my fresh salad greens and asparagus that I bought today. Yum!
