Good afternoon PerkUp,

I am writing to you today to write about your soup. It is great. Everyone in Melbourne should know how great it is. I don't know why there isn't a long line around the corner waiting to get all your soups. So far I have enjoyed Pumpkin, Potato and Bacon, and Chicken Corn & Capsicum soups. They are all outstanding, especially when it's chilly out there. It is good weather for soup at the moment, isn't it?

The only thing that makes me sad about your soup is that I can see the big pot on the counter and when I walk out of the shop I'm leaving so much behind. I want to eat it all but I can't no matter how hard I try. So instead I'm going to tell everyone I know to help me eat it. There will be a big line soon enough. You might have to start cooking with bigger pots. You might have to sell tickets.

Your muffins are also scrumptious.

But it's the soup I'm really concerned about. Whoever makes it is a genius. I want you to make sure that the cook is thanked on my behalf for their great soups (and muffins). Can you please assure me that you will pass on these sentiments to the cook give them a pay rise? Also please pass on my gratitude to all the staff in the Collins St store for being so friendly and adorable all the time and give them a pay rise too.
