Hear the words of Shakespeare
The collective from "Well Versed" has devised a selection of short pithy scenes and memorable speeches from a selection of the great bard, Shakespeare for your enlightenment.

On the 4th December at the Alexandra Hall in Monument Street Mosman Park, a final salute to the bard for this year.

The readings are from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and the entry fee of $20 includes a program and light refreshments. Music interludes are provided by recorder players and a soprano will present a selection of Elizabethan music which has been chosen especially to accompany this program.

To give a wider example of Shakespeare's words, pieces have been chosen from all genres to stimulate and entertain you. Many will be familiar, others not so familiar but all offer something for everyone.

Door sales will be available or you can make a phone booking on 0488 938 501.

The group Well Versed is a small collective of experienced older performers who offer quality entertainment through readings of poetry and prose.

During this year people throughout the world celebrated the continuing popularity of Shakespeare's work 400 years after his death.
