Per Diem opened just four months ago. Before then, the little cafe was a corner store.

Located along Lennox Street, just off Bridge Road, Per Diem is a little gem.

Coffees, juices, milkshakes, baguettes, frittatas with salad or soup for lunch. Muesli, or baked beans on toast for breakfast. Portions are cute in size, and the little cafe is light and airy.

It is the place you go when the numerous Bridge Road cafes are full.

Per Diem means Per Day.

The history of Richmond extends back to the 1800s when it was originally a mixture of tanneries and brickwork villas in a very industrialised area. Remnant's of Richmond's industrial past can still be seen today in the numerous iconic signs dotting the skyline. From Pelaco, to the Bryant and May clock, the Skipping Girl and more.
