in Orlando, located right next to LEGOLAND, is a great destination for families with young children. This weekend celebrates Peppa Pig's first theme park turning one so join in for their "oinktastic" activities and limited-time treats.

Once you clear security, here are some of the best things to do with children at the park:

1. Meet Peppa and her friends:
Children can meet Peppa, George, and their friends at various locations throughout the park. This is a great opportunity for kids to take photos and interact with their favorite characters.

2. Ride the rides:
has a variety of rides that are suitable for young children. Some of the popular rides include Grandpa Pig's Boat Ride, Peppa's Balloon Ride (a fave that rises, sails across the sky in circles, close-knit circles, and then descends, to the delighted yelps of little ones. Its color, bright against the white puffy cloud-filled sky, brings a smile to one and all!), and Daddy Pig's Roller Coaster. Many children enjoy bopping along the track on green dinosaurs, like the jousting ride in LEGOLAND though here the children don't get quite as close.

3. Play in the splash pad:
The splash pad is a great place for children to cool off on a hot day. There are water sprayers, fountains, and interactive features that are sure to provide hours of fun. Adults are welcome to stay with the children and there is plenty of nearby seating to supervise closely.

4. Explore the play areas:
The park has several play areas, including Peppa's Treehouse, George's Fort, and Muddy Puddles. These areas are designed to encourage imaginative play and exploration. Little visitors climb on tricycles and pedal as fast as their little hearts desire. They really enjoy playing amongst Grammy's Garden or going flying with Grampy.

If you like to wander, or wander with wonder, or just want some contemplative time, the maze garden may be the place for you. Its tightly manicured hedge won't leave you confused, it really is a spiral to the center building. Take each step thoughtfully, and you'll have the time you crave with or without the littles.

5. Watch a show:
The park has live shows throughout the day featuring Peppa and her friends. The shows are interactive and engaging, and children are encouraged to participate.

6. Enjoy the food:
The park has several dining options that cater to young children. There are kid-friendly menus, and many of the restaurants offer healthy options. Enjoy the picnic tables or spread a blanket on the ground and relax around a nice meal.

Overall, is a great destination for families with young children. There are plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the park has a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you combine it with a day at LEGOLAND or enjoy it independently, Peppa Pig fans enjoy the time.
