Strip down to your undies and run for a good cause on Sunday, 19 January 2014. People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer is a quirky and unique event that aims to raise funds and awareness regarding bowel cancer. Every cent raised will help Cancer Council SA. The more the merrier, bring along your friends and run as either a team or individuals.
To partake in this fantastic event, simply register to walk, jog or run 2km on their website and start raising funds online. Make sure to get as many people as you know involved. The more people involved, the less the embarrassment.
The first year of this event was an enormous success with more than 1200 runners, a whole lot of undies and 100,000 cheering spectators. A fabulous amount of $120,000 was raised for the Cancer Council SA. The second event of People's Choice Undies Run promises to be an even bigger success with more undies and more funds going towards bowel cancer awareness. Be part of this fabulous event.
You don't even have to be a superstar athlete to participate - walk, jog or run, it's getting involved that matters. If you prefer, you can wear your undies over tights, pants or shorts - as long as you're wearing your undies to help raise awareness.
