Acting as a hub for all types of healthy living and sustainable lifestyles, the Peninsula Health and Wellbeing Expo offers Mornington Peninsula families and beyond a chance to seek advice from over 70 environmental, health and wellbeing experts, local to the region.
Open from 10am - 4pm, Mornington Racecourse transforms into a health and wellbeing haven to invigorate all senses. Visitors are invited to touch, see, smell, taste and try products inspiring us to live a fulfilling, ethical and holistic lifestyle.
There will be free massages, yoga classes, cooking and composting demonstrations. This year also sees an expansion to the Peninsula Health and Wellbeing Expo to incorporate a 'Green Home Zone' featuring displays and expert guidance on creating sustainable homes and workplaces which in turn helps guide us to a happier and healthier way of living.
A number of guest speakers will share their wellbeing tips throughout the day, with demonstrations as well as one-on-one sessions.
Such organisations present at this years expo include: Peninsula Chiropractors United, United Solar Energy, MP Cheap Fruit and Veg, as well as Peninsula Hot Springs, Kings Swim Centre, Seaswell and Transformations Beyond Beauty.
Over 2,000 visitors walked through the doors of the Peninsula Health and Wellbeing Expo last year, and this year's event already proves to be bigger and better, hosting a multitude of eco-minded local businesses joining forces in one celebrated Mornington venue.
