Chef Matt Germanchis and team will be serving up some of the finest modern Australian cuisine at the second of popular Pei Modern's seasonal dinner on May 20, 2015.
With a focus on all things Autumn, the menu is expected to be warming, impressive and sourcing some of the best produce from New South Wales.
Pei Modern, located within the Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney has become a regular hotspot for lovers of contemporary Australian cuisine both in Sydney as well as its Melbourne location.
These dinners allow guests to experience five courses which also includes a glass of NV Louis Roederer. This dinner, held to celebrate the seasonal Autumn menu is priced at $95 per person. Matched wines can also be added for an additional $70.
