2 well known chefs are coming together to put modern and classic cuisine to the taste test at one of Melbourne's popular bistro. Renown French chef Philippe Mouchel of Paul Bocuse and Brasserie fame and Pei Modern's Head Chef Anthony Hammel will serve up an 8-course degustation dinner. Each will present his culinary style through 4 courses.
