For example, the Homestead Gin captures essences of juniper, coriander, ginger, rose petals, cumquat and grapefruit.

Whereas Madame Myrtille's Gin (named for the high end Myrtille Bistro down the road) includes juniper, coriander, elderflower and elderberry.



Although they do gin (very) well, the distillery has several other treats for you to try.

Their Roadhouse Vodka, with coffee and vanilla, can make a fiery iced coffee to keep you going all night.

Or enjoy something more floral like their Spring Vodka, with flavours of rose, lavender, fig, hibiscus, blueberry and honey.
