Now you can learn about preserves and make your own through a community class running on Saturday 15 February, from 10:00am to 12:00 noon. This class will be led by Megan Radaich

This educational and fun cooking class is for people of all skill levels. You learn home food preservation in a social setting. Class size is limited to provide one on one assistance.

Megan will be showing students how to make peach jam and peach pie filling. She will also demonstrate peach wine liqueur whilst you devour delicious peach pies.

There will also be 2013 class recipe booklets for sale at $10 and a raffle.

This hands on class is being held at Maddington Community Centre in Alcock st. Cost is $30 per person and bookings are required.

You can book a class by emailing megan@foodpreserving.org
