Peace Project Launch 2017

Imagine, thousands of children at the SCG in 1915, forming the map of Australia, the Red Cross emblem at its centre, singing and standing for peace. It is an evocative image, and the RSL Youth Choir is looking for young people and families to recreate the image on Bondi Beach!

The event will be filmed for a promotional DVD to promote Peace Project 2018, for the end of the Centenary of ANZAC. The RSL Youth Choir and Army Bands shall provide glorious entertainment.

What could be better than a Spring day out at Bondi Beach, assembling for remembrance and peace, mateship and reflection.

Afterward, having a swim in the surf and enjoying ice-cream and hot chips! The songs along with an education pack are available to download, to get you ready.

Come along and join us in the spirit of cohesion, mateship and remembrance.
