Bring your fur babies to this dog event
Our beloved fur babies and their humans should get ready for some four-legged fun at the loveable Paws in the Park event on Sunday 5th May 2019. This will be a fun-filled day which celebrates and promotes responsible pet ownership.
Treat your pooch to a fun day out at the Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm, with entry being via Cawdor Road. Don't miss your four-legged friend's favourite event of the year, including a 3km walk at 9.00 am, Royal Canin Showbags (for a gold coin donation), competitions, demonstrations, free vet checks, a photo booth for you and your dog and much more.
The beautiful Macarthur region is a unique combination of the urban centre of Campbelltown. It has natural spaces and the charming historic Camden. It is also located less than an hour south-west of Sydney, and Macarthur can provide visitors and locals alike with very exceptional experiences.
On the day there will be the following:
More than 50 information stalls and displays
Free vet checks
Tips on pet ownership
Photo booth fun
Whatever you do, do not miss special guest and everyone's favourite vet, Dr Harry Cooper OAM at this year's Paws in the Park! The event will be free to enter.
Everyone's favourite TV vet will hold a meet and greet with local four-legged residents as well as their humans. He will also be the guest judge in the competitions on the day. Competitions will start from 10.00 am under the big marquee in the arena. Categories you can enter your pet in are:
