A garden or a small plot where you can grow your own edible plants and cooks the produce at home is the dream of many. Paul Wests' new book, The Edible Garden Cookbook and Growing Guide may just be the resource you need to help you grow your own harvest (however big or small) and to cook simply with fresh seasonal produce.

Join Avid Readers' Fiona Stager at the West End store in Boundary Street on 1 October 2019 from 6pm – 8pm as she shares a conversation with author, chef and television presenter Paul West for the launch of The Edible Garden Cookbook and Growing Guide.

You can also grab a copy of the book which includes practical gardening tips and information on how to set up a garden using a windowsill, courtyard, backyard and even no yard at all. There are step-by-step guides to building a no-dig garden and the best way to compost depending on the space you have, as well as an A-Z guide for growing the most popular vegetables.

Paul's name and face may be familiar to you as host of the television cooking and lifestyle program River Cottage Australia which follows his life on the land at his Tilba home on the NSW South Coast

If you are interested in Paul's book, look out for his dog "Digger" on the cover.Tickets are $10.00, or purchase a Book and Ticket for $40.00 and save $10.00.
