The Paul Colman Trio , affectionately known as 'PC3' are back, and will be touring Australia as part of their ' PC3 Return ' tour.

Originally formed in Melbourne in the year 1998, the Paul Colman Trio enjoyed success from their first, unsigned album – 'Serious Fun'. From then, the pop band has continue to enjoy popularity from Australian fans, and has also gained considerable reputation in Asia and the USA. Signed in 2002 by Essential Records USA, the band won several awards, including Artist of the Year (two years running) by Rock Around Australia Charts, a Grammy nomination for the Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album, and the Dove Award for Best New Artist.

With most of the band living in the USA, the Paul Colman Trio found that their packed lineup was forcing them to make songs on the go, including backstage and in their hotel rooms, with very little time to spend in Australia with their families. After 5 years of travelling around the world touring and recording, the band announced that they would be 'taking a break' as a recording/performing band. It seemed the PC3 story was over - but not for long.

The Paul Colman Trio returned in 2009 for the Australia music festival, Easterfest. Due to the large turnout and enthusiasm for the band reuniting, PC3 re-entered the studio as a band to release their new CD 'Return' early this year, a mixture of unreleased songs and band favourites as well. Now, the Paul Colman Trio will be returning to their homeland on the PC3 Return tour, and you are invited to hear them live.

Back by popular demand, the Trio will be playing in Brisbane early 2012, and tickets are now available for purchase.
