is a small regional town in the north-west region of Victoria. It is located approximately 450 kilometres from Melbourne and has a population of about 150 people. There are two things to see within the township which would particularly interest art lovers.
1. Silo art. As part of the
Victoria Silo Art Trail , artist Fintan Magee did an amazing job painting a local sheep and grain farmer Nick Hulland to exemplify a hardworking spirit. The silo art portrays the image of an Australian farmer who has to endure the harsh environment and challenges of the Wimmera Mallee region.
2. The big malleefowl. Two corrugated iron Malleefowl sculptures stand in the grounds of the old railway yard. They were installed by artist Phil Rigg.
