Pasticceria Papa is a very happening place. They're open 7 days a week, and stock a delicious range of Italian sweets. It can be hard choosing just one delicious treat to enjoy. On weekends it isn't uncommon to see queues extending out the door and around the corner, so remember that patience is a virtue.
If you persevere and make it inside, you advance to the next level. A long glass display cabinet full of cakes and all kinds of biscuits, now stands between you and the cashier. The anticipation builds as you pass the bottom shelf lined with ricotta cheesecakes, dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar, waiting to meet your taste buds. Rapture is only moments away.
Presenting the baked ricotta cheesecake; the ultimate in dessert indulgence. Created in the kitchens of Pasticceria Papa Haberfield, this little slice of heaven wins hands down as the best baked cheesecake in Sydney!
Baked fresh on site, slightly chilled is the only way to eat this dessert. The portion size is generous, you'll soon realise after a few bites just how filling it is. Very smooth in texture and not overly sweet, the baked ricotta cheesecake is an awesome melt in your mouth experience.
Yuuum! I've been fighting the urge to eat cake all week and seeing that picture of gorgeous Ricotta Cheesecake just made it all the more difficult. I think I might just have to give this place a visit :-)
