It is owned and run by an Italian family, with Orsola as the chef of course, who makes pastries fresh daily onsite. I have had cannoli from all over Adelaide and their cannoli is the best! The shell is crispy and the sweetness is perfect. Both custard and ricotta are smooth and creamy. The cannoli flavours include classic vanilla and chocolate, hazelnut, pistachio, Nutella and much more. There is also gluten-free available.
