It's pasta time to learn how to make pasta
Pasta is delicious, warming and comforting. There is nothing that pasta can't do. It's one of the best meals because you can change the sauce and shape of the pasta, and it will still be incredibly tasty and give you a great meal. It's good hot or cold, as long as you put lots of cheese on top! And now you have the chance to make your own pasta, and once you have done that, you won't ever go back to the dried stuff. Fresh, hand-made pasta is a million times better than the store-bought stuff, especially if you can make the sauce too. The sauce is easier to make, so you will have to learn how to make the pasta in class. And one of the best classes is the Pasta Making Masterclass with Marco.

Marco is a chef from Italy who adores making pasta from scratch. He has all of the tips and tricks you will need to make the perfect batch of pasta. It will be just like his nonna made!

After the class, you will all swirl your beautiful pasta through a simple sauce and eat your creation in the gorgeous Perth City Farm Gardens. The simple sauce is a traditional Italian tomato sauce with herbs added. It will make your pasta taste even better!

If you want to take part, it is $80 per person. You will be able to take home everything you need to know to make pasta at home every day if you want to! This masterclass will need you to book tickets in advance, everyone wants to know how to make good pasta at home it seems. These classes do sell out pretty much every time they are on offer. This time, the workshop is being held at the Perth City Farm Gardens in Perth, on Saturday, May 27th at 9 am. Make sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting flour and eggs on! Pasta is a bit messy when you're in the thick of creating it!
