Party With a Purpose
On Friday, June 3 you can party for a great cause and help Melbourne based charity Co-Ground, help end poverty.
Volunteer organisation Co-Ground, began in response to Cyclone Pam, which hit Vanuatu in March last year. Since then, they've raised thousands of dollars to repair and cyclone-proof a school, begin a cross-cultural education program and have earned themselves a National Anti-Poverty Award. But they won't be stopped there. Their next challenge is raising $40,000 to start a mobile cafe which will continue on as a social enterprising where 100 per cent of the profits go straight to supporting this cause.
