Joining the by Seaside Scavenge is something you can do to give back to mother nature who needs our help in many ways. Save the date in your diary but register now to attend with like-minded generous others. The event will be on Saturday 19 February 2022 from 10am to 2pm AEDT at Blaxland Riverside Park, Jamieson St, Sydney Olympic Park.

Get ready to get your hands dirty and trade trash for cash. For every 10 pieces of litter you scavenge and sort, you will earn 1 trash token that you can use to buy some great stuff from the pre-loved pop-up markets. Your litter haul might even score you a prize! Get family and friends involved because nothing is better than enjoying those feel-good moments, surrounded by family and friends. Share that feeling with them, knowing you're doing something good for our planet. Remember to bring your keep cup and a lunchbox to grab a hot coffee and sandwich at the cafe, or pack a picnic lunch to munch on.

There's more than just scavenging at this event. There'll be funky tunes and eco-warriors you can learn from. Join in for a day of waste-wise workshops, talks about circular solutions and of course markets, Q&As and live music. Be prepared to show your vaccination passports and follow all Covid-safe regulations. You'll find all details when you register.
