There's a new place to play for children of all ages on the banks of the Parramatta River.

You can find the playground towards the North Parramatta side of the river (closest street is Elizabeth Street) and you can see it from the ferry stop. it is between the Barry Wilde Bridge and Elizabeth Footbridge.

There are grass areas to sit on while you watch the children play as well as park benches.

The playground has plenty to entertain with one massive slide as well as activities to challenge children.

Parramatta Council has been proactive with checking the playground and constantly improving it and making it safer for the children.

The playground always has kids after school and while it isn't shaded it offers a lot of enjoyment for kids young and old.
