Parramatta is coming alive with a variety of entertainment for young and old in a series of events collectively named, . Taking place at multiple destinations within this Western Sydney CBD, there'll be music, disco on wheels, cinema, amusement rides and plenty of food to keep you going.

Over 25 nights, here's what you can enjoy:-

Parramatta Square Jazz Nights - Thurs-Sun evenings, 25th March-11th April, 6pm-8pm

Stroll through the new Parramatta Square dining destination, grab some dinner and enjoy the sounds of jazz music in the Eastern Amphitheatre. Performers include Cass Greaves, The Pocket Trio, Foshe and Ephemeral Times.

The music is free and no ticketing is required.

If you haven't been to Parramatta lately, you'll find this Square on the corner of Darcy & Macquarie Sts, next to Centenary Square. It's jam-packed with restaurants and bars and has attracted some big names in the hospitality business. Maurice Terzini (behind Bondi Icebergs Bar & Dining and Ciccia Bella) has opened another Ciccia Bella with Italian rustic-style peasant food and wood-fired dishes, whilst the duo behind Henrietta and Nour (Ibby Moubadder & Jorge Farah) have opened Lilymu, a 160-seat spot serving up dishes from China and South-East Asia that include tom yum prawn dumplings, red curry scampi, tres leches cake for dessert and creative drinks featuring a margarita made with Thai chilli-infused tequila and a dragon fruit & gin sour.

Other favourites include Betty's Burgers, poke bowl chain Fishbowl, Sushi Yuzen, Harvey's Hot Sandwiches, Threefold Pastry and Rivareno Gelato.

The Rooftop Hangout - 25th-28th March, 5.30pm-10.30pm

Entry is $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased here by scrolling to the dates and clicking on the down arrows where you can see who is performing each night and make your choice from there.

Roller Rink - 1st-18th April, from 11am

tickets for this one are just $5 per person for 30mins.

Open-Air Cinema - Thurs-Sun evenings, 1st-18th April, 4pm-10pm

Relax as the sun sets and kick off an evening in Prince Alfred Square with an open-air cinema experience that includes classic films, live music, roaming entertainment, food trucks and drinks.

The cult screenings bring a variety of themes, from romance to monsters and Bollywood nights, and include Peter Rabbit, La La Land, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Street Dancer, Wonder Woman and The Greatest Showman. There'll be plenty of reminiscing under the night sky.

Tickets are $10 per adult and $7.50 per child (3-13yrs), with under 3's free. Movies commence from 7pm.

It's been a tough time for many, including musicians who have had to postpone or cancel concerts and tours. This very event was originally named Summer Nights and it was postponed in January due to another cluster outbreak of Covid. Twisting all of our lives, it's well and truly time now to support music and the hospitality industry as much as we can, so head to Parramatta and enjoy the above on offer.
