is a very popular cafe and is well known by groups of hikers and cyclists. The group Hiking South East Qld and More sometimes meet in the cafe before or after a hike in Currumbin Valley. serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. It offers an excellent coffee to enjoy in the cafe or takeaway.



The menu starts with basic food like eggs your way - scrambled, fried or poached on a sourdough toast. You can choose avocado, marinated feta, dukkha on sourdough toast.

Brunch includes Croissant Benny with poached eggs, House Hollandaise, sauteed greens with choice of sage & thyme, mushrooms, bacon, chorizo, leg ham. Spiced Boston Baked Beans with chorizo, parsley salad, poached or fried eggs, sourdough toast.



The cafe caters for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and there are gluten-free options available.

Nutritious and healthy food is well prepared, like Coconut Porridge, banana, blueberry, nuts and seeds and grains.

Nourishment bowl includes roasted sweet potato, grilled halloumi, dukkha avocado, sauteed greens & quinoa, hummus & tahini.
Burgers are on the menu too, with Wagyu beef burger, grilled cheese, dill pickles, oak lettuce, mustard mayo and ketchup.







It is great to have breakfast at . Especially if you are on a strict diet, you can still have nutritious and delicious food. This delicious breakkie bowl is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, high protein, high fat, low carb. This bowl has the switching out the grilled halloumi switched with bacon to keep it dairy-free. Delicious, satisfying and intolerance friendly.

The bar offers smoothies, cold-pressed juices, thick shakes, milkshakes, iced drinks and hot drinks, including espresso coffee, cappuccino, latte, golden turmeric latte. There are many alternative milks, including bon soy milk, almond milk, organic coconut, lactose-free and oat milk.



There are tables and chairs inside the cafe. There is more sitting area on the deck and in the area just in front of the cafe. I have been to a few times and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The food is very nice and the treats in the cabinet are delicious.









Inside the cafe, there is a row of tables and chairs and a very cosy sofa that goes all the length of the room.
