This baked eggplant and zucchini dish layered with tomato, bocconcini, pesto and parmesan was delicious, but by the end I was left with a pile of cheese on my plate. North Terrace favourite Parlamento never disappoints but just be aware of the potential to overdose with cheese if you order this.
