If you're anything like me, you're a bit of a lazy sod. Dinner in front of the telly, the car instead of the train and a lapsed gym membership. Well no longer I say! Because this weekend my friends, we are going to stuff our wobbly bits into lycra and we are going to puff, sweat and wheeze our way around Park Run, a five kilometre timed run held every Saturday morning at 7am.
But that's too early! I hear you cry. Nonsense. Well, all right, not nonsense, 7am is very early. But think about it. A five kilometre run first thing Saturday morning offers you the gift of a guilt free weekend. Imagine.
