Parkmore Shopping Centre

Great little shop but so much inside it
This shopping centre is probably my favourite of all time, and here are the reasons why.

It's not a huge shopping complex, which is great, yet it still has all the stores you could possibly need while out shopping. Some shops include K-mart, Big W, Priceline, various 2 dollar stores, Coles, Jewellers, Strandbags, and more. It has everything that I need whenever I want to go shopping.

Parkmore is very spacious and set out very nicely, the best thing I love about this shop is that there are a lot of little two dollar bargain stores scattered throughout the shop so if I ever need little things such as birthday cards, wrapping paper, or a little gift for someone, I know I have lots to choose from. My 5 year old cousin Daniella loves going there because she loves looking at "2 bucks loose change" store which sells Beanie Kids, her favourite toy.

Parkmore is never overcrowded and is also a very good place to go Christmas shopping. It is also good if you just want a perfect little shopping centre when you got some spare money and want to buy some goodies.

Parkmore also has plenty of parking, it is never ever crowded, you will always find a spot (perhaps that's why they call it Parkmore?) and you also do not have to pay for parking, which is a definite plus.

Parkmore has roof top parking and ground level parking. Outside of the shop there are multiple take away shops if you want to have a bite to eat such as Pizza Hut, Noodle Shop, Nando's, Charcoal Chicken, Subway, and Hungry Jacks. Inside there is also a lovely little food court which has lots of options to choose from, including Macdonald's, Asian cuisine, seafood cuisine, Indian cuisine, and also the cheapest and best value for money cafe called The Red Balloon, where you can sit in or get takeaway food, in the food court.

The cafe is lovely as it is away from the noisy food court and they serve the most beautiful food for such a low price. For example when I went with my family, my brother ordered scrambled eggs and toast which was $6. They also serve breakfast all day if you have a bit of a breakfast craving later in the afternoon.

Another amazing thing about the shop is that there is a great playground for the kids to play in right outside K-mart. When I went shopping with my dad, we left my two brothers in the playground to play while we went inside K-mart to get some things. My brothers had a great time on the playground and they were really glad that they didn't have to walk around while we looked for lightbulbs and a photo frame for my grandma. The playground is such a great idea because as I always say it lets the kids run around and exercise, mingle with other kids and it is so much better than letting them sit in a trolley and play an iPod game.

If you live in Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Dandenong or any of those surrounding suburbs, Parkmore Shopping Centre is a definite must go for your next shopping trip. My mother, who lives twenty minutes from Keysborough, will drive all the way there just to shop at Parkmore, so it must be worth it.
