I remember when I was 18. Fresh out of school and keen to take on the world. Unfortunately with the fashion sense of Avril Lavigne,(think sweatbands, and men's ties with singlets. That's right, no collar) but keen nonetheless.

Riding my bike around the neighbourhood was replaced with cruising around town in the summer sun with the radio blasting, or hitting the pub on a Saturday night to catch the latest bands. Music was my new passion.



I had always been a keen fan of the Big Day Out's and live music, then all of a sudden, a new series of Festivals appeared. Summadayze, Southbound, Stereosonic, and my very favourite - Parklife. It was official. We had a 'festival season.'

Now, each year the line ups are anticipated by many months and months before the event. In fact, line-ups are anticipated 364 days before.

Well - the time for the line-up of Parklife 2011 has arrived.
