Park N'shop is conveniently located in the same centre as Coles. It is ever popular for interesting and difficult to source ingredients for making authentic recipes.

If you haven't tried the Aloe Vera Peach Tea, then you are in for a treat. Lovely chunks of juicy aloe swirl around inside a sweet but not too sweet delightful peach base. The authentic Pokka Green Tea is refreshing an herbal in flavour.

Park N'shop keeps the best types of instant noodles in town – and with UNSW just around the corner caters for the student budget. Everything is priced with budgeting in mind. They stock some interesting snack products like 'Bread Chips' for $1.60 and a Coconut Palm Drink for $1.80. They do have some wonderful simple desserts such as Nata De in Coconut Milk for $3.30 for 775g.

They also keep products that bridge the gap between food and medicine such as Sugar-Guard Tea, which is herbal based and reportedly helps with controlling fluctuating blood glucose levels. Fat-Less tea is more of a herbal laxative tea, and they do keep simple green tea and varieties of traditional tea blend for reasonable prices. Sunshine Sugar-guard Tea is $6.99 for 25 teabags.



They stock a good selection of stables such as dried mung bean, adzuki beans, dried black fungus and peanuts, you can pick up any of these for less than $5. Some of these items sell for three times this price in local health food stores.

Popular Goji Berries (Wolf Berries) are sold for only $4.20 for 100grams. Park N'shop has all the cooking oils and sauces you would expect and even has a range of frozen meals which are authentic and would not break the budget – Vegetable Gyoza and Cooked Vegetable Dumplings can make dinner easy to prepare.



So if you want some cheap and interesting meal ideas and authentic herbs at a much cheaper price than the health food store, then do not look past Park N'shop Randwick.
